Danicia Clarke
MACP, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Our Team

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and I offer individual psychotherapeutic services.
My goal is to create a grounded and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and equipped to move forward with clarity and confidence. I started my BA at the University of Toronto and completed it at York University, and went on to earn my Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

In our work together, I bring curiosity, compassion, and a steady presence.

You can expect sessions that are collaborative and non-judgmental, where we explore what’s present for you and build tools to help you cope, connect, and thrive.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or relationship difficulties, I meet you where you are—with respect for your lived experience and a commitment to your growth.

My clinical background includes both individual and group therapy, including co-facilitating DBT groups. I draw from a blend of evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, parts work, psychodynamic therapy, EFT, and mindfulness-based practices. My approach is integrative and client-centered, tailored to your needs, goals, and pace. Together, we’ll focus on developing emotional insight, building practical coping strategies, and reconnecting you with your sense of direction and self-trust.
