Dr. Farah Jindani
Clinical Therapist | Educator| Specialist in Trauma, Addiction, Grief and Workplace Mental Health
Many of the people I support are leaders, professionals, service providers and caregivers—those who others naturally rely on. They're often highly capable and composed on the outside, but quietly carrying exhaustion, disconnection, or a sense of emotional numbness beneath the surface.

You may have learned early on to lead with strength—by staying in control, staying busy, or focusing on others' needs. When emotional safety was unpredictable or unavailable, you adapted in powerful ways. But even with outward success, something internal may now feel unfinished, unspoken, or unseen.

With nearly 20 years of clinical experience in trauma, addiction (including gambling, compulsive behaviors, and emotional patterns), anxiety, grief, and complex mental health challenges, I offer an approach tailored to your needs. Our work may integrate evidence-based psychotherapy, mindfulness-based practices, and body-aware, somatic strategies.

I work through a systems lens—recognizing the impact of personal history, identity, culture, and organizational roles. This approach resonates particularly with professionals, caregivers, leaders, and those in high-responsibility positions who rarely have space to focus on their own healing.
Together, we’ll create a safe, collaborative space to explore what’s been held in silence. We'll unpack protective patterns and stories that once helped you survive—but may now stand in the way of feeling fully alive, connected, and grounded.

This is a space to reconnect—with yourself, your truth, and your wholeness.
